Save up to $25K on Titled Land Promotion – Terms and Conditions:

Contract means a binding contract of sale entered into by the Vendor and Purchaser in relation to a Lot.

Government Authority means any governmental, semi-governmental, municipal, statutory, judicial or quasi judicial authority, department, agency, body, entity, organisation, commission or tribunal.

Lot means the lot selected by purchaser from Stage 1 or Stage 2 or Stage 3 in the estate known as Montana Kilmore Estate, Corner Quinns Road and Wandong Road Kilmore VIC.

Price means the advertised price of the lot on the Vendor’s website which can be found at Montana Kilmore | Land for Sale in Kilmore.

Promotional Material means any brochure, advertisements or other materials designed to garner interest in the Lot or in the Montana Kilmore Estate, Corner Quinns Road and Wandong Road Kilmore VIC.

Vendor means Montana Kilmore (ABN: 88 308 149 454).

Purchaser means the purchaser under a Contract.

The following terms and conditions apply in relation to each of the Lots:

  1. This promotion is applicable only to Lots in Stage 1 or Stage 2 or Stage 3 in the estate known as Montana Kilmore Estate, Corner Quinns Road and Wandong Road Kilmore VIC. The promotion runs until all Lots are sold, is subject to availability and may be ended at the Vendor’s discretion.
  2. This promotion is not to be combined with any past, present or future promotions for Montana Kilmore Estate, Corner Quinns Road and Wandong Road Kilmore VIC.
  3. You acknowledge that the Price is subject to change without notice. The Price does not include stamp duty and other fees or charges imposed by a Government Authority that may be or incurred under or in relation to the Contract and these costs are to be paid separately by the purchaser.
  4. Images, plans, artistic renderings, photos, drawings and other visual representations on the Vendor’s website and in the Promotional Material are indicative only and may contain errors regarding the description, size, boundaries, use and location of the land as well as in relation to the available amenities and facilities. The Promotional Material may also show additional or optional inclusions that do not form part of the Lot.
  5. The Vendor does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any description or visual representation contained in any promotional material or on its website and will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by purchaser or any other third party that is incurred as a result of relying on those descriptions and/or visual representations. This exclusion of liability is subject to and limited by the obligations that cannot be excluded by law.
  6. The Purchaser acknowledges that it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to make their own independent enquiries in respect of the lot and other issues that may affect their decision to enter into a contract.
  7. The terms of this promotion are subject to the terms of the Contract. To the extent of any inconsistency between these terms and the terms of the contract, the contract will take precedence.

Friends and Family Referral Rebate T&C’s

Your eligibility for and participation in this referral program is subject to the following terms & conditions. Eligibility to participate.
To be eligible to participate in the referral program, you must:
1.   have purchased, or have entered a contract to purchase, land from at Montana Kilmore residential estate since 01 July 2023; and
2.   not be an employee of RPM Group or Mandate Property Group or its related companies.
Entitlement to $2,000 rebate.
Provided that you satisfy the eligibility criteria above, you will be entitled to receive the $2,000 referral rebate only if:
1.   you refer a friend or family member (the “referee”) to RPM Group by submitting an official email to montana@rpmgrp.com.au
2.   your referral email is submitted on or after (and not before) 22 March 2022;
3.   the referee is not an existing Montana Kilmore customer, and is not on the Montana Kilmore database prior to your online referral being submitted;
4.   you have not previously referred the referee to purchase at Montana Kilmore and the referee did not refer you to purchase at Montana Kilmore;
5.   the referee enters into a contract for the purchase of land directly from Mandate Property Group via RPM Group 6 months of your referral intention email being submitted and referrer rebate deed being signed;
6.   settlement occurs for both your and your referee’s lots from Mandate Property Group in accordance with the contract and within 14 days of titles being issued;
7.   you contact RPM Group via email at montana@rpmgrp.com.au once both lots have settled to claim the reward; and
8.   Mandate Property Group determines (in its discretion, acting reasonably) that you are eligible for and entitled to the $2,000 rebate.
Other terms to be aware of:
1.   If Mandate Property Group and RPM Group determine (in its discretion, acting reasonably) that you are eligible for and entitled to the $2,000 rebate, Mandate Property Group will transfer $2,000 to your nominated bank .   .   
 account within 30 days of settlement thereafter.
2.   Where you are two or more persons, Mandate Property Group will only offer one $2,000 rebate (in total)
3.   A referral does not oblige either Mandate Property Group, Montana Kilmore or the referee to enter into a contract for the sale of land.
4.   You must not hold yourself out as having authority to represent or bind Mandate Property Group. You must not do any act which might reasonably create the impression that you are so authorised.
5.   This rebate is not transferrable to nominees of any contract, and will only be applicable to names signed and dated on purchase contracts.
6.   Mandate Property Group reserves the right to review, amend the terms of or discontinue this referral program at any time. This action will not affect any entitlement to any referral reward which arose before any change to or 
 discontinuation of this referral program.
7.   This offer is subject to end at anytime.
